Terms and Conditions - X Wallet Payout

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using X Wallet Payout, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

X Wallet Payout is a platform that facilitates the processing of payouts to third-party bank accounts via UPI. We act as a technology gateway and not a bank.

3. Strict No Refund Policy

Please read carefully:

Any funds deposited into your X Wallet account are strictly non-refundable. Once a deposit is confirmed and credited to your wallet, it cannot be reversed, refunded, or withdrawn back to the source account under any circumstances.

Funds can only be utilized by creating payout requests to beneficiary UPI IDs using our system.

4. Fees

We charge a flat processing fee of 6% on all successful payout transactions unless negotiated otherwise. This fee is automatically calculated and deducted at the time of the payout request.

5. Account Security

Authentication is handled securely via the official Telegram API. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Telegram account. X Wallet Payout is not liable for any unauthorized access to your dashboard if your Telegram account is compromised.

6. Misuse & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or refund, if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activities, or use our platform for illegal operations.
